The Kingdom of Atlantis was officially launched on the 01st of January 2021 by HRM Dr. Michael Puzzolante, an Italian Citizen who has spent 35 years of his Lifetime studying and Practicing the subject of Metaphysics along with his professional career as Property Developer, Architect, Designer, Engineer and Management Consultant.

For several years, HRM Dr. Michael Puzzolante has been searching for a solution to the rapid degradation of this society.

His knowledge in Metaphysics, which includes the subjects of Philosophy, Human Sciences, History, Theology and Psychoanalysis, has been of great help in his decision to establish The Kingdom of Atlantis for the Purpose of stopping the fast degradation of this Society and to create an Advanced Civilization here on Planet Earth.

The Kingdom of Atlantis follows a Constitution which promotes the proper education of all Human Beings on Planet Earth via the study and practice of the Atlantean Education Program, which has been designed by HRM Dr. Michael Puzzolante for the purpose of increasing the level of Awareness and Consciousness of any Human Being.

After 35 years of study and practice of Metaphysics, HRM Dr. Michael Puzzolante has acquired the certainty that lack of Proper Education is the sole Cause of the degradation of this Civilization.

The Constitution of The Kingdom of Atlantis is implemented Globally by a Decentralized Government composed of 1 Planetary Government, 7 Continental Government and 197 National Governments.

Each Government is organized around a Government Organizational Structure, which includes the Reigning Monarch and several Ministers, Deputy Ministers, Secretaries, Senior Officers and Officers. 

The sole Purpose of the Decentralized Government is to establish the Royal City States of Atlantis Worldwide, which will accommodate Atlantean Citizens in a stress free and peaceful environment where they will be able to prosper and flourish and reach Higher Levels of Awareness and Consciousness with the study and practice of the Atlantean Education Program.

The Kingdom of Atlantis is following The Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States - Article 1, which mentions that a Sovereign Nation must have the following attributes in order to exist:

a. A permanent population;
b. A defined territory;
c. A government; and
d. The capacity to enter into relations with the other states.

The Kingdom of Atlantis is engaged in the selection of 5,000,000 Atlantean Citizen Nominees, the selection of Sovereign Territories in several existing countries, the establishment of an operational Decentralized Government and the development of Diplomatic and Trade Relations with other Sovereign Nations.
